Vlog provides several different layout options for post listing. To manage its options, go to Theme Options -> Post Layouts.
Each of the layouts has very similar display options, like choosing whether you want to display category link, choosing metadata, post excerpt, etc… Below is an example of Layout B settings.
Choosing a layout
On all archive pages as well as in modules (described later), you will find the option to choose one of the layouts.
Combining layouts (using “starter” layout)
As an additional feature, you can combine two layouts on the same template/module using so-called “starter” layout. This way you can create a good visual hierarchy for your articles. In the example below, a category displays 10 posts on the page. All posts are displayed in Layout B, except first post (starter post) which is displayed in Layout A.
