WordPress Customer Support Engineer

Our business is growing and we need your help with our customer support. We are looking for an experienced customer support engineer with strong WordPress knowledge.

Job Details

  • You will be in charge of providing customer support on a daily basis, answering questions about themes setup and WordPress in general, as well as detect and resolve possible bugs that may appear on our customer’s websites
  • Your typical workday will start anytime you like with a cup of hot coffee or tea (or a cold beer), you will be answering emails, gathering customer feedback, generally speaking – make our customers happy
  • We listen to our employees’ opinions so you will be actively involved in improving our products, workflow and business

You are

  • Great with written English
  • Experienced with WordPress, setting up themes and plugins, and providing custom solutions
  • Comfortable with HTML/CSS and have a basic jQuery knowledge
  • Familiar with PHP and WordPress coding in general
  • Not afraid to learn and grow through everyday challenges
