Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?
My name is Maximilian, I am 30 years young and I am a full-blood administrator, working in a great datacenter in Germany. Alongside my passion as a system administrator I am playing online games, and of course, enjoy my life as much as I can.
What’s the story behind your website?
Back in 2006, I’ve started my first website using my own configured webspace and database. It was about a gaming community. This website was using Joomla and Webspell – this technology suited our needs best in those days.
However, back in 2010, I’ve founded a few Gaming Blogs which are still under my daily control in terms of content and even technically with thousands of daily visitors.
Why did you decide to use one of Meks’ WordPress themes?
With the first WordPress installation, I’ve already used themes to customize the user experience. Good looking themes with great features and a very large plugin repo were the major point to go with WordPress.
Back in 2008, I decided to head over to premium themes and finally found my premium theme at Meks. Since 2015 I am now using the fully customizable Herald theme. I am finally happy in terms of code, support, and quality of the theme.
Which specific feature do you enjoy the most?
Flexibility, customizability and a rich feature set.
